Basement Kitchenette

An active family of six was looking for extra space for kids crafts, snacks, entertaining and games. The area in the basement was roughed in already for water. Keeping resale value in mind, the homeowners wanted a place for kids and adults to enjoy. I drew several options. The three they chose between are featured below. They decided on the white cabinets and layout shown in the last renderings.
